Smart Web Client Installers
Allowing users to download the web client automatically
The automatic or 'smart' installers allow web users to install the
Omnis web client automatically. Installation is initiated by visiting
a web page containing the web client plug-in. The 'Standard' installers
contain the web client files and the standard remote form entry fields
and lists only, whereas the 'Max' ones contain the web client files
and all the remote form components.
The 4.x smart web client installers are provided for developers deploying
Studio 4 applications, while the 3.3 smart installers are provided
for existing developers only.
