For developer license subscriptions you don’t have to commit to a certain minimum term and can choose to pay monthly or annually.
Omnis Developer Partner Program (ODPP) subscriptions have a minimum term of 12 months but you can choose to pay monthly or (with a significant discount of 20 %) annually in advance.
